Naivasha Girls is one of the most disciplined schools in the country. We have not experienced any student unrest for many years, the reason being that those that join the school are high achievers.
A lot of counselling is done both internally and also by counsellors from without. Students have an open forum to air their views regarding the running of the school.The teachers and non teaching staff are also role models. All work in co-operation with the Administration and hence things run very smoothly. Special thanks goes to the parents for moulding their children well.
When form ones join the school, they are welcomed by the form twos. Each for one is attached to a form two who becomes her mother. They help in orienting the form ones to the school and teaching the form ones the traditions of the school. This helps form ones settle quickly. They also learn to respect their seniors.
The school routine starts at 5.00 a.m. It ends at 9.30 p.m. The school does not ‘police’ the students but puts much emphasis on the importance of good performance in school. It is with all what has been discussed that the school has had a very steady progress in all fields.
